Technical competencies

Personal de Mostrador Farmacéutico

Who is giving health advice behind your counter?

In the Latin American pharmacy sector, counter staff are the face of the business and the customer’s first health contact.

This test assesses whether the candidate balances pharmacological knowledge, service skills and technological command to operate efficiently and safely.

Where counter staff operate

In the last stretch, the only one the customer sees. All the back-room work is decided in that minute of conversation, and a mistake there cannot be fixed later.
